Use NEST as a geometry aid, not a print guarantee.
NEST results are not print-ready instructions. Always validate the final arrangement in your slicer and against your printer, material, and process.
What the tool provides
NEST provides orientation and plate-layout estimates. A “Verified fixture” means a bundled layout passed NEST’s recorded geometric checks for its named profile revision. Other uploads currently receive a rectangular feasibility estimate.
What it does not verify
NEST does not verify supports, adhesion, brims, toolpaths, collision with machine hardware beyond modeled keep-outs, material behavior, thermal effects, print quality, or global optimality.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking dimensions, clearances, transforms, slicer output, printer condition, and safe operation before printing.
No warranty
NEST and its results are provided “as is,” without warranties or guarantees. Stop if a result conflicts with your slicer or machine documentation.
