Before sending future feedback
Do not send an STL, filename, model geometry, credentials, or proprietary details. NEST’s planned private form has no file-upload control and asks only for a topic, impact, result level, and optional reply request.
Result looks wrong
Tell us the result level and printer profile revision, not the model name.
STL will not load
Share only a generic error category unless a safe diagnostic process is approved.

Request a machine profile without attaching proprietary model data.
